Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely! Our pasties are right for EVERY occasion! With every order, we will send you a little gift to say thank you along with a signed note by our Delivery Service Manager; if you are sending it as a gift, we would be delighted to include a handwritten note, simply tell us the message you would like to include when you place your order and leave the rest to us!
How do I cook your pasties at home?
You will find the cooking instructions in your box, and they are super easy to follow.
How long can I keep the pasties in the freezer?
For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. With our pasties being so yummy, we doubt you can keep them for that long!
What to do when my delivery arrives?!
Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the pasties straight into a freezer. Don’t worry if the pastry has started to thaw a little, simply put in your freezer for when you are ready to use them. Even if you plan to use them that day, put them in the freezer as you will get best results when baking from frozen. The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you exactly what you need to do.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our courier delivers TUESDAYS to FRIDAYS ONLY. You can order up to 11 am for the day after delivery. For example, orders for a Tuesday delivery need to be with us by 11 am on Monday. Orders for a Friday delivery need to be with us by 11 am on Thursday. We do always try to send your delivery out the next day, however, sometimes we may not have the stock and the parcel will arrive the following delivery day. Look out for your “Order Shipped” email so you know when it will arrive. Orders can obviously be made in advance and if the pasties are for a special occasion or gift please try and order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
How can I order and what payment methods do you accept?
The most convenient way to order with us is by using our online shop, it is a one-stop-shop from product selection to payment. We will do the rest for you! Alternatively, you are welcome to use our Customer Service telephone line on 01326 379691, this line is manned between 09.00 - 16.00 from Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We accept all major credit and debit cards, please see our payment page for details. Our online shop uses a secure payment portal, so you can be assured that all payments processed are safe.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only through a courier service. Regrettably, there are also some UK destinations that we cannot deliver to. Items cannot, therefore, be sent to the following locations: Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB37, AB38, AB41-56, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.
Do you do international delivery (outside of the UK)?
We certainly get many requests from our fans from all over the world, however, we are not able to fulfil requests from outside of the UK Mainland.

The system will automatically prompt you on the checkout process - you can select how many points you would like to use.
