COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS

The following baking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on to a sheet of baking paper.

Small Pasties (283g):

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 35-40 Minutes. 

Medium Pasties (350g):

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 50-55 Minutes. 

Large Pasties (500g):

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 55-60 Minutes. 

Sausage Rolls 4"

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 25-30 Minutes. 

Mince Pies:

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 160°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 20-25 minutes.
